The biological process water treatment systems from FARITEC, proven over decades and continuously developed, are specifically designed for mobile vehicle washing. They offer the most cost-effective and efficient way to optimally treat the wastewater generated in vehicle washing.

With FARITEC's patented fixed-bed reactor system, which is certified by the General Building Authority Approval (No. Z-83.1-17 "Systems for limiting hydrocarbons in oil-contaminated wastewater"), you are always on the safe side.

Water treatment

FARITEC's biological process water treatment has the building authority approval Z-83.1-17, thus meeting all cleaning requirements for systems designed to limit hydrocarbons in oil-contaminated wastewater, with extensive water recycling in accordance with Part E, Section 2 of Annex 49 of the Wastewater Ordinance, as a stand-alone solution.

The FARITEC biological process water treatment system is based on cascaded, aerobic fixed-bed reactors. In the fixed-bed reactors, microorganisms are settled on an installed carrier material. There are no suspended solids used as carrier material that need to be renewed repeatedly. This leads to the immobilization of the microorganisms in the form of a biofilm on the fixed installed carrier material, and complete elimination of the need for activated sludge return to the bioreactor.
