Answers about biological
water treatment by FARITEC.
Biological wastewater treatment uses oxygen and specially adapted microorganisms instead of added treatment chemicals. This offers an environmentally friendly and cost-efficient alternative.
Once adjusted to the application, FARITEC biological water treatment systems operate reliably. Additional chemicals such as flocculants are not needed for wastewater treatment.
A biological water treatment system can theoretically operate indefinitely. Longer shutdowns are possible, although the microorganisms may need replenishing afterwards.
