Collection of Personal Data

Access Data / Server Logfiles
We automatically collect and store information that your browser transmits to us in our server log files. These are:

• Browser type/version
• Used operating system
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)
• Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
• Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific individuals. We do not combine this data with other data sources, and it is deleted after statistical evaluation for operational and security purposes.

Contact Form
We collect your personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us. The data entered in our contact form (salutation, last name, email, phone) will be stored as long as necessary to process your inquiry or for business initiation. Afterward, the data will be deleted. There is no further storage or processing.

If we ask for data in our contact form that is not necessary for contact, we always mark it as optional. This information helps us to clarify your request and better process your inquiry. Providing this information is entirely voluntary and with your consent. If it pertains to communication channels (e.g., phone number), you also consent to us contacting you via this communication channel to answer your inquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the future.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Duration of Data Storage
We process and store your personal data as long as necessary for the duration of our business relationship, which also includes the initiation and processing of a contract. Additionally, we are subject to legal retention periods.

Right to Object and Withdrawal
You have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data, which is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (data processing based on your consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (data processing for fulfilling contractual obligations). Rights of Affected Persons
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). The rights to access and deletion are subject to the restrictions under §§ 34 and 35 BDSG-new. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).
